We continue working on resolving an issue that may impact our renderer and create services for a small number of customers. As of now, we have identified the root cause for this incident and the fix is being applied now.

This incident affected: Forms / Renderer (Open/Load forms, Submit responses) and Builder / Create UI (Form creation, Publish form, Email Follow-ups, Media).
