We are glad to inform you that a fix has been implemented for both the Subscription and Connect Panel issue, and both incidents resolved. We will run a problem investigation to understand what happened and how to prevent it from happening again.

Subscriptions Issue Resolved - We are glad to inform you that the fix has been implemented and the incident resolved. Customers are again able to change their plans.
We will continue to work on the issue that impact our Connect Panel

We have deployed a fix for the Subscriptions Services error, and we expect to have this solved shortly.
However, we have also noticed another issue affecting the Connect (Integrations) panel, which is preventing users from adding/editing integrations. We will continue to work on both incidents
