We continue working on resolving the issue impacting our Contact Us Form. As of now, we have identified the root cause for this incident and the fix will be applied as soon as possible.
In the meantime, a workaround would be to log in from this page: https://admin.typeform.com/login and then go to https://www.typeform.com/help/contact/

We have identified errors impacting the redirect to login from the Contact Us Form on https://www.typeform.com/help/contact/.
Users trying to log in from that URL may see an error message, which would prevent being able to raise a support ticket.
We are working on resolution with high priority.
