Update -
We have now cleared all the stuck accounts and we were able to confirm that the functionality is restored and the issue is now resolved. We will be closing this incident. Thanks again for your understanding and apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.
We will be conducting a thorough problem investigation to understand what has happened and how we can avoid this happening again.

Update -
There was a problem with a code release causing certain accounts to be given a wrong subdomain (yourSubDomain.typeform.com/to/formID) this was resolved in 5 minutes but some accounts that were active at that time are now stuck.
Most of the users should be able to access the forms and admin panel fine but those stuck will see an error. We are working on refreshing the accounts. Once that is done the issue should be resolved.
