We are glad to inform you that the fix has been implemented, and the incident resolved, so the Insights Panel is now visible on all forms again.
The issue lasted from 15:34 CET and 15:51 CET and impacted our Insights Panel, while also prevented creators from uploading new images to their forms.
The downtime of the Insights Panel, means that all forms that were collecting responses between 15:34 CET and 15:51 CET, will experience a mismatch in number of views compared with the real value of views that Typeform had. And a similar mismatch can be seen in drop-off data (Question by Question table) for the same timeframe.
There were no loss of actual responses during this incident.
We will run a problem investigation to understand what happened and how to prevent it from happening again.

We have identified errors impacting our Results service. Users trying to view the Insights Panel are impacted. We are working on resolution with high priority.
