On Tuesday 27th of February at 06:00 CET, we’ll be performing a scheduled maintenance to improve our Builder service and Responses Metrics service which will last about 2 hours.
During the maintenance window, we do expect users to be affected by the following:
- Builder/Create 1) During the change window, some customers could experience a ~5-minute window where they see errors while trying to create or making changes to their forms. 2) A small number of users could also experience some issues when trying to view or respond to a form.
- Response/Insights 1) Creators will not be able to see the “Results” tab 2) Calls to public API Endpoint “Retrieve Form Insights” will either have increased latency or fail
