We have identified and solved an issue with the OnSubmit callback with our Embed SDK. Users trying to use this function were not seeing this executed properly.

The impact lasted from 18:00UTC+1 until 23:30UTC+1. We will run a problem investigation to understand what happened and how to prevent it from happening again.
