We identified an issue at approximately 17:10 UTC which was fixed at 17:35 UTC, which intermittently affected performance of admin functionality within parts of our platform.

Users impacted might have experienced intermittent errors when trying to access the admin panel and our form builder. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience it may have caused.
