Update
We continue working on resolving the errors affecting the Responses tab, responses API, and some integrations. As of now, we have identified the root cause for this incident and the fix is being applied.
The Responses tab should work as expected, however, forms may incorrectly show a response counter of '0' and the setup of some integrations may be affected.

We have identified errors impacting our Results panel. Users accessing Responses or the Summary Report may be impacted. The setup of some integrations may be affected. We are working on a resolution with high priority.
