We are happy to inform that we have identified the root cause for this incident impacting our Insights Panel. As of now, the fix has been applied, and the process is going well. We will continue to monitor it, and we expect this issue to be resolved before the end of the day.

We have identified errors impacting our Insights Panel. On some forms Insights Panel is showing outdated numbers, the issue started 02:30 UTC 15th Nov. We are working on resolution with high priority and we will share an update as soon as available.
Note - the issue does not impact the respondents’ ability to submit responses.
