We identified an issue at approximately 15:50 UTC which was fixed at 16:02 UTC, which intermittently affected performance of admin functionality within parts of our platform.

Users impacted might have experienced intermittent errors when trying to access, edit or submit forms.Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience it may have caused.
