On Wednesday 28th of February at 06:00 CET, we’ll be performing a scheduled maintenance to improve our Builder service and Files database service which will last about 2 hours.
During the maintenance window, we do expect users to be affected by the following:
- Builder/Create During the change window, some customers could experience a ~5-minute window where they see errors while trying to create or making changes to their forms.
- Responses 1) Respondents could experience a ~5-minute window where they will not be able to view or respond to a form, or upload files to a form. 2) Creators will not be able to download submission files.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Forms / Renderer (Open/Load forms, Submit responses), Builder / Create UI (Form creation, Publish form), and Results (Responses).
