We are glad to inform you that the fix has been implemented and the incident impacting our Response service on April 21st 2023, between ~12:25 CET until ~12:50 CET has been resolved. We will run a problem investigation to understand what happened and how to prevent it from happening again.

Update
We are working on resolving an error impacting our Response service earlier today, between ~12:25 CET until ~12:50 CET, which caused responses collected during this time to not appear in the Results tab, nor be passed through to webhooks, APIs, integrations, and Respondent/Self Notifications. We are investigating this with high priority.
We are really sorry for any inconvenience. Our engineers are now working on processing the responses, so they will show accordingly in the above-mentioned services.
