We implemented the fix over 48 hours ago and, based on the tests we have run, we are relieved to announce the DNS configuration fix has now fully propagated around the world. Unscheduled downtime / Degraded platform performance
Issue resolved but unfortunately slow fix implementation, as doesn't depend on the platform but on DNS servers worldwide that have to implement the changes to being able to channel users to our website and platform again. Platform availability recovered above 90%. We expect a full recovery in a few hours. Thank you for your patience and our deepest apologies for the inconvenience!

Issue with embedded typeforms
We experienced an issue with embedded typeforms that prevented a correct data submission, returning a 404 error to respondents. The issue is currently fixed. However, users might need to refresh the cache of their web browser to be able to fill in and submit typeforms. We are closely monitoring this and working to ensure this does not happen again. Our apologies for the inconveniences caused.

Downtime
The issue has now been resolved. We were running out of memory on one of our redis cache servers which was causing issues within our application, and increasing capacity has fixed the problem. Comcast blocking Typeform requests
After several repeated conversations with Comcast's security department, they have managed to lift their block on requests to Typeform.com. Comcast customers can now access Typeform and their typeforms as normal.

Results not showing up
At 18:53 UTC on the 5th of January, we discovered an issue that was preventing results from reaching the Analyze panel. Around 21:15 UTC we found and fixed the issue. Thanks to our backup of all results, we could start putting all previously missing results into the application. At 22:00 UTC all results were restored and are now showing up properly in the Analyze panel. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience, and we will make sure this does not happen again. If you, after this recovery, are missing any results, please contact support@typeform.com, and we will help you from there.

Service was brought back up at 22:30 CEST after a 5 hour downtime. We still have a big backlog of older results to process causing delays in receiving new results. As soon as the backlog is clear (estimate 00:45 CEST 2/09/2014), older results will be added and new results will be arriving in accounts in "real" time.
